Get ready friends, as this is a wild new opportunity. Waterfront Development was generous enough to offer this prominent lot on River Road for our next creation. This is likely to take a little time to develop, so we'll keep everyone posted as we go. In the meantime, we're going to do a little upkeep on Atherton as we decide what this new creation will be.
